People really argue about which birds are the best birds, but everyone can agree that seagulls are the worst.
78 0 ReplyCloudy With a Chance of Meatballs described them best. Rats with fucking wings.
19 0 ReplyYou talk like a man who's never been attacked by a wild turkey.
15 0 ReplyI haven't. But also that line is from a song.
5 0 ReplyTurkeys are stupid and angry. I think the only bird less intelligent than a turkey would be a guinea fowl, but they have the edge of just being suicidally dumb. I've had a Guinea run away from my car and then back in front of it in confusion, but never have I had one openly charge my vehicle. I've had a turkey do that, though.

They may be the worst, but someone who kills out of annoyance needs to be on a watchlist.
13 0 ReplyWait. Are seagulls worse than black swans? Are they worse than Australian Magpies? I mean these surely got to be the top three worst birds, personally I'd prefer a seagull to a swan, but I've met enough magpie haters so I wouldn't be so sure everyone agrees
8 0 ReplyThrow the Canadian Goose in that mix. That bird is simply evil.

How the fuck are you going to define someone by a pension? Seems like a lot of assumptions and prejudice goin in that definition. Is Pension like a town or something too?
5 0 ReplyMy understanding is that it's a British term for retiree. Basically just means elderly
57 0 ReplyOh I see because in the UK people actually get pensions
27 0 ReplyThis is correct.
Still completely irrelevant to the story though (but that's to be expected in tabloid territory).9 0 Reply
Same in Sweden/norway. Pensionär/pensjonist are synonyms for retiree.

Simple as that*
2 0 Reply"Simple as" is british slang
41 0 ReplyIt is my understanding that it is common in NZ/AUS to leave the “that” out which is implied.
12 0 ReplyIt's from an English dialect.
9 0 ReplyHaving known a few Aussies, I have never heard them leave out “that”. It fits in though with some of the other oddities in dialect they have.
