Guinness World Records created copyright infringement reports for any video that that mentions "world record" or uses their logo in thumbnails.

I did hear about this, supposedly they did issue a couple false strikes but the latest ones were YouTubers using the Guinness world record logo in the thumbnail, which would be an infringement.
