That alternative system you continue to allow seems to think otherwise. And they will intimidate the nons to see it through.
The halal certificate system should upgrade. Don't become lazy as minister only talks. All restaurants should have 2 types of certificates stick at the payment counter should be mandatory. One certificate for Halal & the other is for Non-Halal. This will avoid confusion for muslim entering restaurants. This 2 certificate should be mandatory as well for the clean environment in kitchen & toilet.
