Apparently I'm the only one that has seen a cringe-worthy drug commercial where everybody dances around but you can take rybilsis and fix everything.

Well if you live in the United States. We have drug commercials where people say stuff like they have type 2 diabetes and they start dancing around having a good old time in order to sell some drug.
