The joke is just as inaccurate before being pointed out, he's an enjoyment ruiner
Well the wheel was in increments of five. But the bidding portion wasn’t. Also getting the number exactly doesn’t count as go over either.
He stopped at 99 so other people could still win. Be a pretty dick move not to.
