Sounds like they're too large and need to be broken up via the existing anti-trust laws actually being enforced.
Sadly, the Supreme court right wing activist judges are working to make those rules unconstitutional and Kroger’s lawsuit language makes clear they counting on that.
Can't really blame a corrupt slaver system for being corrupt and enslaving. Just gotta get rid of it.
Maybe we need something like the Tied House Laws to establish a three-tier system where manufacturers, distributors, and retailers need to be separate companies.
