It’s time to cool it with all these balls of burrata.

Article has some good points but offers no alternatives. Cuisine is in a funny place where food is either over the top or valued based on its story. I miss innovation but I am not over burrata.

Well, I’m certainly out of the loop. I’ve never even heard of burrata, let alone had a chance to get bored with it.
