Earlier this year, we got the chance to test BMW's all-new i5 M60, the latest all-electric BMW to enter the German Automaker's Stable.

We loved how it handled. We loved its on-board tech, and we were thoroughly impressed.

Today, we're driving its sibling, the BMW i4 M50, a car that on paper gives the Tesla Model 3 Performance a run for its money.

Having driven the entry-level BMW i4 last year, we weren't all that impressed with the car's capabilities, but could some extra horsepower and a race-inspired suspension help change our minds?

In a word yes - but the BMW i4 M50, while an incredible car, isn't best suited on the public highway - it's one built for the Nurburgring. Here's Why.
