Vladimir Sergienko, an aide to a deputy of the German parliament, has been acting as an intermediary between the Kremlin and German lawmakers in the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. The plans included to stop or slow delivery of German main battle tanks to Ukraine using frivolous litigation against the German government. It would only cost $93,000.
