I want to create 2 mailing lists that people can subscribe to. How can I do it?

I’m open to both online services as well as self hosting. But I’d like it to be low-maintenance.

Don’t try to self host . Your email will bounce every where

Like email mailing lists? A newsletter or something? MailChimp might work for you
