I always wonder do old people live in these places? How many falls do they have?

When I see such small little streets, I'm always wondering how they're connected in terms of delivery drivers. Surely, a deliver driver wouldn't be sliding these windy streets up and down. Do they just drop their packages off at a center where they're picked up by the locals?
