I feel like I've seen this sequence of events before
Reminds me of a crazy idea I had at the beginning of the conflict. Air drop single shot zip guns all over Russia. It arms dissidents/mobs but is of no use to the army. It could be quite de-stabilizing.
- Wow has that been used before? I can't think what kind of effect that would have given the Russian population
  
  In WW2, the American OSS made single shot Liberator pistols and gave them all over occupied France to harass German forces. No idea how effective it was tho.

- That's not a Ukrainian flag.
- I thought it was the Ukraine flag at first but it's blue under white and another color on top of the white but I can't see for sure what color
  
  Looks like it might be the Republic of Buryatia, but hard to say for sure.
  
  Not gonna lie, my eyes pulled a fast one on me. Reminds me of the time with black-blue or white-yellow dress. Thank you.
