Yes, its a soft chew and quite good. I've only really had it in lengua tacos, but I would be all over this.
I have to admit, the tongue cutlets freak me out a little bit. (I love eating tongue, gizzard, feet, etc...) Maybe I'll try it!
I've had it as Lingua, but never as a steak. I never even considered it. How was the taste and texture?!
