Les sushi du weekend deviennent une tradition. On achète un demi saumon à 18£ au supermarché, mais il nous fait 3 / 4 repas pour 2.5 persones, et surtout, il contient les meilleurs partie du saumon (le ventre et le dos). Du coup le ventre et le dos deviennent des nigiri / sashimi, et le millieu devient des pavés de saumon grillés
Tu viens de m'envoyer dans un rabbit hole de recherche. Il me semblait que tout poisson en angleterre avait été congelé au préalable mais en fait c'est juste pour les sushi préfaits. Ça m'étonnerait franchement que le poisson en question n'est pas été congelé au préalable, mais peut être pas pour la durée nécéssaire. Il vient d'écosse ou de norvège normalement.
Bon j'ai jamais eu de problème jusque là, mais tu me met bien le doute pour la prochaine fois....
Astuce à la con : J’ai une petite tête de lit à faire, juste une planche de 50 cm sur deux pieds. 1 m sur 1 m à peu près.
J’ai pu voir que les planches en pin sont pas très chers, mais pas super saine d’un point de vue toxicité (ce sont des barres de bois de 5cm sur 5, collées entre elle et découpé pour en faire des planches de 40 à 60 cm de large.
Et bien sachez qu’un des trucs les plus sain et moins cher que j’ai trouvé c’est les parquets en sapin… Et c’est super logique, finalement.
Donc je suis parti sur une solution : Deux pieds de bois brut, des lames de parquets coupé, encastré et vissé aux deux pieds, et de l’huile de parquet, elle aussi assez propre côté évaporation.
Voilà.
Mais là, il est 14 h, je raconte ma vie sur Lemmy et j’ai la flemme de passer la troisième couche…
Petite question brico/craft. Je cherche à fair un trou dans un gland (de chêne) pour y passer un fil et le suspendre comme décoration. Je pensais utiliser une percerette/vrille. Est-ce que c'est la meilleure solution ou bien vous recommanderiez autre chose?
Un dremel c'est bien un nom de marque pour une mini perceuse/ponceuse/ petite machine qui tourne avec plein d'embout différent? j'avais pensé à un étau, va falloir que je vois comment gerer ca.
