It heavily depends on how you interpret the description.
In Germany there are a restaurants that prepare a big batch of soup and desert and serve it automatically to every main dish (three courses).
If it includes bread and butter and a drink on top, then this might not be gourmet shit but it's definitely not expensive at all.
I found the restaurant, it's a tourist trap type place catering to British tourists in Málaga, Spain.
Looking at some of the [pictures] (https://goo.gl/maps/my4vMrR5hoFrAb4r8?g_st=ac) you basically get a starter, main course and dessert, plus bread and butter and a half bottle of wine for that price which is actually quite incredible value. The food looks pretty shit, but gammon steak with pineapple, egg and fries is like a British pub staple so it's expected to look shit.
Please for the love of god make sure you don't accidentally arrange any of the "three courses" in an appealing way. Just shotgun them randomly at the plate.
