Coup attempt underway in Bolivia as president urges people to mobilize against it

The coup leader was arrested by their own troops, right?

With Russia wanting to stir things up, there are a lot more coup attempts recently since they hope they'll get support.

- I don't think this would help them in this case. The current president was part of the Morales administration and is a member of the Movement for Socialism. Neither of those are very close with the US.
