Romania's Supreme Council of National Defense members decided to donate the Patriot system to Kyiv in view of the "deteriorating security situation" in Ukraine amid Russia's intensified attacks, the statement read.

Not to blame anyone here, especially romanians, but the feeling of being stuck somewhen in Covid times that's shared by most people online gets multiplied by these facts of supplying Ukraine two+ year into war. By summer there would be 80 F16 warplanes too, and that's better than nothing, but it seems everyone and these officials included are in some kind of a sleep they rarely wake up from.
