Exactly. Seems so bizarre to me. I’ll rip a picture of the pope because of child abuse but then I’ll join a religion that prays to a deity that took a child bride at 6 and consummated the marriage when she was 9…

Aw, no... I remember the backlash to the event pictured, and not nearly as much talk about why she did it. A few days later she faced down an angry crowd and was comforted by Kris Kristofferson.
10-15 years later the allegations were mainstream news, proving to many doubters she was right years before. Hope she's at peace.
