So I've started watching Helck and Vermilio is absolutely my favorite girl. There is just so much energy in the way she screams her "Baka!" 's and I'm a sucker for Tsunderes anyway.
I just finished the manga recently and this is a really great piece of the red heavenly king! The expression on her face is perfect.
I've been watching the Helck anime, but I'm not entirely sold on it so far. Did you think the manga got better as it went on, or is the intro about the peak in quality?
It got better as it went on, in my opinion. I liked it from the start though, so YMMV
Reason I liked it a lot is the character development. It's definitely not the most flashy or a storyline that will have you at the edge of your seat. But it has good story pacing and really shows some great aspects of internal struggle that they turned into entertaining situations.
