11 0 ReplyYeah I can get behind the others being thought enders but 'you only live once' it's a phrase I use unironically pretty frequently. Life is short and you should do whatever it is you want to do while you're here as long as it doesn't harm others.

I once heard them as “everlasting thought stoppers” and now I can’t call them anything else.

But intelligent people have a definition for it. thought-terminating cliche. I just wanted to write that out so I remember it.
