Fixed it

For X11 GNU+Linux users:
Upside-down: xrandr -o inverted
Return to normal: xrandr -o normal

I turned my phone. Then started scrolling in the wrong direction.

For those on pc:

Before I flipped it, I thought it was going to be a boat.
