In the US, the cops are the murderers
FYI you can text the police (or any emergency service) in the UK if you pre register. Took me less than a minute to do.
Here in Italy police wont respond anyway.... Or If it does will lough at you and came tomorrow...
- In Croatia police will come only if you know someone who is higher rank than them (or if you are higher rank than them)

Fuck me, it's been so long since I've heard the Australians are all prisoners one that it took me a few seconds to get the joke. We need to do more crimes clearly

Well, I used to sleep in a lake.
Here in the UK, you can make silent phone calls to 999, but you still need to respond to the operator in dome way. If you can't speak to the operator, they'll ask you to cough or to press certain keys so they can verify that it's a real call. Just dialling 999 without interacting with the operator won't guarantee a police response.
you can text 911 though?
