Federal authorities say a "critical safety gap" in Tesla's Autopilot system contributed to at least 467 collisions, 13 resulting in fatalities.

All going according to plan.
Other humans can injure or kill you on the road by accident. A software with a known, repeatable bug that can kill you and is not being fixed is intentionally murdering/injuring people. They need to be as hated as drunk drivers.
