Can we get a setting to not show posts with negative vote sum?

There's so much spam, and people diligently downvote. But the posts are still shown, with -53 votes or something.

When a post is clearly unwanted, could it be hidden?

yes please. let the users set a threshold. I mean slashdot had it before people where using the term social media.
