April 2024 Update Rentals.ca Rent Report: BC -2%, AB & SK +18%

It's a big report, so don't get too excited without looking at the details, but rents are going down for the first time in years.

The details say only the price of 2 bedroom units went down. Every other size was up 1-2%

Crazy high increases for Burnaby while Vancouver goes down a little bit. High density in the burbs seems to be working!
