Hopefully the schools can build more housing themselves as they can set the rate directly.
- When you say "they can set the rate directly", are you suggesting the schools cap the price of rent at a reasonable rate for students?
  
  That sounds like communism, and we cant have that in this country.... All profit must go directly to the Irving and Weston families
