Public comment sought on proposed national marine sanctuary in Papahānaumokuākea | Big Island Now

The proposed Papahānaumokuākea National Marine Sanctuary would supplement and complement existing authorities, including the area’s designation as a marine national monument, which will continue to be in effect.
