Hi everyone, I couldn't find an ObsidianMD community here so I made one for us to discuss obsidian.
Thanks a lot for creating this community. I wasn’t too impressed when I heard the sub isn’t going to go dark on Reddit. Anyways, who cares about Reddit when we have Lemmy!
Hi everyone, I have appointed @Pexily as a mod. They requested this and although they don't have a lot of contributions here, I reviewed a few posts on Reddit recently and they seem like a reasonable person. :)

Just FYI, I have no time or inclination to mod so this will be open for all posts. If this becomes a problem, I am happy to hand over the reigns to a mod team (please PM me your Lemmy handle so I can do some due diligence).

Happy to see r/obsidianMD migrated over, being a single community on Lemmy. I am finding it hard to choose between similar communities hosted on different instances...

We should also promote this on Reddit once the blackout is over. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten any response from the mods there to ensure, that any blackout stuff can be pinned.
But the protest was highly upvoted there and I hope we can get the people from there to such a federated instance.
