Are you insane? This is the greatest thing I have seen all week.
135 0 ReplyYes. I need to try one of these, wherever it may be.
26 0 ReplyBlue Ribbon Corn Dogs in Downtown Disney district, CA. But I'm sure that's not the only place.

I hate corn dogs, but even I kinda want to try one of those.
11 0 ReplyIt seems like one of those really messed up food choices that end up being surprisingly good, like putting cucumbers in cheese sandwiches.
6 0 Reply
I bet it's even better dipped in good mayonnaise.
8 0 ReplyEverything is better dipped in mayonnaise

I'm not going to tell you these pickle corn dogs will increase in value, or even hold their current value. The truth is, you bought 'em because you like 'em. They have value to you. That's what matters.
34 0 ReplyI think this belongs everywhere
27 0 Replyeat the crust and throw the rest on the ground for feral Willem Dafoe or seagulls
22 0 ReplyThank you for the mental image of the two most likely creature types to find it 😂

These are awesome. They belong in my stomach.
17 0 ReplyI'd eat it, but why is the hotdog sticking further out than the pickle?
16 0 ReplyIt was scared and pulled in a little while the person was biting. Then it popped back out.
34 0 ReplyThe thought of a hotdog smart enough to be scared is unsettling.

Hot dog wants to expand when heated, but is contained within the pickle/batter shell. When cut open, hot dog has some free space to expand into.
12 0 ReplyThat's better than it being scared lol

It’s playing “just the tip“

I want that so bad
14 0 ReplyWhat I want to do is take all the people in the comments who say they want this and ones who are disgusted by this - and then put them on a reality tv dating show. I want to see them fall in love, then we bring out the pickle dogs. It would be beautiful.
17 0 ReplyI already live like this, my girlfriend hates pickles and corn dogs but she knows I would devour this

The answer is yes.
13 0 ReplySeconded

Replace the hot dog with a brat, or like, rolled up corned beef and I’m ALL IN.
11 0 ReplyYou should try the German dish Rouladen, if you haven’t already. It’s thin slices of beef, pickles, and mustard rolled up. It’s mouth-watering, absolutely delicious.

This is the worst thing I've seen since Ohio-valley style pizza
10 0 ReplyFor the curious but lazy Lemming:
Ohio Valley–style pizza is a pizza made with cold toppings sprinkled over a square crust that has been covered with a sweet tomato sauce. It originated in Steubenville, Ohio and is commonly served in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, mostly in and near the Ohio Valley region of those states.
16 0 ReplySounds like the pizza Lunchable if adults were pretending it was food.
12 0 ReplyWhy would they do that tho...? I feel sad now.
2 0 ReplyHuh? Is there cheese? Is the sauce warm or cold?
Apparently I'm from the civilized part of the state because I've never heard of this abomination.

Had to look that up. Wow, that's just sad.
8 0 ReplyOh no, now I know about Ohio-valley style pizza!

Ive had one and it was quite tasty. Yours looks even better than the one i had. What's the sprinkle stuff on the outside?
9 0 ReplyIt looks like bread crumbs of some kind, not quite thin enough to be Panko style though.
3 0 ReplyPanko is coarser than just breadcrumbs AFAIK

If that hot dog is hot, you get an A+
8 0 Replynow I'm wondering what a hot pickle would taste like, I guess we have hot floppy pickle slices on McDonald's hamburgers so I guess that's a thing
2 0 ReplyI tried hot pickle on a toastie (grilled ham cheese sandwich) and it was great. Also added some flavored chili paste/sambal that time, also to great results. I love toasties.
3 0 ReplySome BBQ places around here serve breaded fried pickle slices, they're too salty for me but people like them.
2 0 ReplyDeep fried pickles are a favorite of mine. They taste like pickles, but hot.

You have my interest
8 0 ReplyAs someone who doesnt like pickles, it belongs in the trash.
8 0 ReplyI like pickles, and I like corn dogs... But what the fuck is wrong with you people!!! There are rules to what the flying duck goes in a fucking corn dog... For ducks sake...
8 0 ReplyRules are meant to be broken by those with vision!
8 0 ReplyFried duck is delicious!

Where can this beautiful thing be had?
7 0 ReplyInternet tells me disneyland.
My wife is concerned about getting a hot-enough-dog where the pickle juice then doesnt scortch you mouth-parts.
4 0 ReplyDisneyland? So this costs $25 and you have to wait an hour?
7 0 ReplyLet it sit for a few minutes so the hot pickle innards can transfer their heat into the hotdog. Then the whole thing is just nice and warm.

If done well, this is straight up porn of the highest order.
7 0 ReplyWouldn't this just be a Chicago Corndog?
7 0 ReplyIt makes me sad to hear someone reduce the institution of the Chicago dog to a pickle 😆
7 0 ReplyWell I mean, deep frying a bunch of sliced peppers and stuff would be rather difficult.

ATBGE
6 0 ReplyI'm unironically interested in trying it, but the ratios seem off at first glance. Too much crunch, not enough chew. Also the hot dog is already salty, so adding a salty pickle means you might need a sweet batter, and certainly more of it.
I think, much like a Chicago style dog, this could be amazing.
6 0 ReplyI got one of these at Disneyland.
Absolute 10/10
6 0 ReplyThe smegma puts it in a whole other category
6 0 ReplyDefo belongs here! That made me soo hungry...
6 0 ReplyI don't kink shame.
5 0 ReplyWhat happened to the core sample they took out of the pickle? I hope they didn't waste it.
4 0 ReplyThey make inverse corndogs: pickle core with a breaded meat tube

did you enjoy it? I guess that’s all that matters
4 0 ReplyYuck
4 0 ReplyFrom the thumbnail I thought it was a hotdog inside a golden gaytime.
3 0 Replyhotdog inside a golden gaytime.
I dont know exactly what it is, but I'm pretty sure you can count me in.
3 0 ReplyThe best single serve ice cream in Australia imo.
It is a toffee and vanilla ice cream dipped in compound chocolate, and wrapped in vanilla biscuit-like "crumbs" on a wooden paddlepop-stick
