Damn that must be an old SS unless Haus re enabled pig spawners. I remember that there used to be a bunch of spawners on the highways.
If I had to bet, this place has long been nuked. The screenshot is from Jun 2019, and all of the signs there were from a similar date. So it couldn't of been too old when I cam across it.
