Magical crafting time required

Hi,

The other night one of my players used their magical crafting to (successfully) transfer a striking rune from one weapon to another.

The time it takes is 1 day according to the rules.

I was wondering if there are any feats to reduce the time required for this?

Transferring runes takes less time than other crafting.

Edit: disregard. I misread your post. I thought you were unclear on why it took 1 day instead of 4
