I assume that many teams are spread around the country, so even if you go to an office, you can't in person collaborate with your team anyway.

8 0 ReplyMy work has become one of the few places that's still fully remote and it got so competitive my boss is having a field day in recruitment. The standards got so high I don't even think I can still get in if I applied today. The big tech layoffs certainly didn't help.

Working from home made me realize how much I hate working in an office environment.
7 0 ReplyWorking remotely made me realize that I wasted 4 hours every day on the commute. It made me able to work, spend time with my family, AND still have a hobby.
