Anyone else travel with a backpack nearly everywhere you go? If so, what's in there?

Caffeine, melatonin and different painkillers. A book, my ID and priority card, a water bottle. And if I'm traveling I add an external battery and cables, a console. I also tried to put in my comfort food but it's chocolate and it melt.
