Please make sure you have "undetermined" selected in your list of spoken languages in your lemmy settings in addition to any other languages you speak.
Most lemmy content does not come through with a language tag, and you need to have undermined selected as an option to see that content.

This seems dumb, but I am having the inverse issue on some communities. I can see undetermined languages fine, but English comments or posts aren't showing up for me even with both selected, any ideas from anyone. I had to have picked something wrong but I'm not sure
Mods can set languages per community to, so it's possible that the communities in question haven't configured their languages correctly?
