F1 forbids drivers from stopping in pit lane in new clampdown on impeding

It's still not clear enough. Just impose a minimum speed and make it clear that any stopped car in the pit lane is assumed to be a retirement.

This gently gently onto the track bs needs to be banned. If the tyres are shit for a lap, so what, they're shit for everyone.
