Microsoft Says It Could Abandon Activision Deal if Judge Delays It | The New York Times

A lot of people want this deal to go through so they get CoD and Diablo. While that is an enticing proposition but am not fond of Microsoft just gobbling up large studios just because their first party games aren't up to snuff.
