So sweet! Please tighten that collar though! Needs to be snug enough that you can fit 2 fingers underneath it.
Not my orange. Was just passing by when I saw it.
At least it looks like one of the quick-release ones (the clip pulls apart if the collar gets caught on something). We have those for our cats.
