i would not bet on endless tyranny. regimes do eventually fall.NK doesnt really exist; just a criminal proxy like houthi. they will vanish.
I don't see China falling anytime soon, and by proxy North Korea who China props up. Even if they did, the power vaccuum likely just means another tyrant will take over. Power corrupts.
