How do I download a blob: video?
Note that searching for a .m3u8 file does not show anything.
The video in question is on snapchat web. I don't have a (smart) phone on me right now, so I can't download it the official way.

I have no idea what a "blob: video" is but JDownloader is my go to for the vast majority of things I download. Now get off my lawn.
A blob is generally media content expressed in text form, usually base64 encoded
