How should Sync handle video catbox.moe posts with no thumbnails?

For example this post:

Shows like this in Sync:

Ideally I'd like to show a thumbnail without grabbing the whole video.

Open to all suggestions!

The first frame of the video with a ▶️ sign would be the best, in my opinion.

If that's not possible, just a play sign would be OK.
