Haiti gangs storm town of Mirebalais and release 500 prisoners

Gangs control most of the capital but the attack seems to suggest they are expanding to other towns.

Dang that's horrible. I guess if you have that big of a force, you don't even have to target the prison, you can just threaten to burn down the town in exchange for prisoner release
- This is a similar strategy to what France did after the Haitian revolution. They showed up with gun boats and threatened to level everything from afar unless Haiti agreed to pay 'reparations'.
