Where did you get -676? I got to x^2 - bx + 169 = 0 ==> (x + 13c)(x + 13d) = 0 where 13c + 13d = -b, and gave up there because I haven't done this in forever.
x^2 - bx + 169 = 0
(x + 13c)(x + 13d) = 0
13c + 13d = -b
