Wow, terrible. What would someone say if they were to have a form letter that they could send to one of these tip lines? Where are some of the tip lines that someone could send these form letters too?
I hear people are doing such dishonest things as flooding the ICE Tip Form with false leads.
The fools. Hope they've got a VPN, or whatever it is they need to stay anonymous and untraceable.
