100 what?
100 means peak popularity. 50 means half of that. That's how Google Trends work.
Then why do the other 2 never reach 100?
They would, if you looked at them individually. It's a percentage based on peak of any of the searched terms. This means at its peak only 25% as many people were googling the ROG vs the Deck at its (separate) peak.
