Not able to import JSON files (Characters)

Hello. I recently created two characters on Perchance.org & exported the file. I have been trying for several hours tonight, to import said file. With the help of another AI character, I was able to create a new generator, create a chat title & make it private. I thought I next had to load backup, the JSON file. Am I missing something for importing said file? This likely isn't the right community to post, but don't see any for Perchance - Characters nor Perchance - Importing JSON.
