Post federation issue between lemm.ee and lemmy.ca?

I made a post to !fedigrow@lemm.ee, but it doesn't seem to have federated to lemmy.ca. (https://lemmy.ca/c/fedigrow@lemm.ee)

The lemmy.ca admins have looked into it, and so far haven't found any issues on their end.

Would it be possible for a lemm.ee admin to investigate from their end?
