They take her victory away in the sequels. Twice. Three times if you count cloning Ripley with xeno DNA in Resurrection as a lose. Cat lady perpetually be fighting against that shit.
And everybody else dies.
I'm hoping we can find a different analogy.
. . and a few of us get impregnated, violently give birth to new monsters that live off of us hosts and leave us for dead.
And then there's the aliens!
