Is there a list of blocked instances somewhere? I was trying to interact with a thread from lemmygrad i found on lemmy.ml but could not get it to come up in search. This makes me assume its blocked

In the web UI in the very bottom it says Instances, there's a list with servers your server is connected to and one which servers are blocked.

just to expand on that a bit, lemmygrad was blocked because even though one of their main rules is "be respectful", they definitely weren't, and they weren't doing anything about the users not being respectful, thus they were blocked.

!latestagecapitalism@lemmygrad.ml was one of my favorites. Radical, vulgar, sarcastic. A wonderful place to share worries about the times we live in.
Lemmygrad.ml on the block list is the primary reason I chose this instance over others. There’s value in having a pleasant place to digitally reside.
