My 2 year old woke up this morning at 4am. I am now taking a nap at 2pm. I think the nap is the secret sauce they don’t tell you about.
I woke up at 12 pm today and took a 5 nap at 2pm too (I have depression)
It's also a great way to save money by not eating as many meals! Just because you're depressed doesn't mean that you can't be thrifty!
