It does if the shooter could hit the broad side of a barn
~150 yards, wobbling target, small window of opportunity, and multiple well-trained counter-snipers lining you up, and you have to hit the head.
I'd say the guy made a hell of a shot.
Lots of people overestimate their marksmanship capabilities. 150 yard headshot with open sights on an AR? It's doable but harder than people give it credit for.
Painful as it is, the shooters aim was fine. A 3mph breeze blew the bullet off course the moment he fired. We got horribly unlucky (or there is an evil god)
